It is required to book in advance through our website. It's simple: Choose your adventure, select an available time, pay in advance, and come ready to test your wits! If you aren't sure exactly how many people are coming, then simply book for the minimum amount of players you can guarantee and you can add additional players upon arrival!

The minimum number of players per game may vary. (See individual game descriptions for more information.) The games are designed to be challenging and accommodate large groups, so most of our games highly recommend at least 2 players. Here at The Escape Warehouse, we want you to have fun. Therefore, you can ask for as little or as much help as you need during your game!

Although our games are design for adults, children of any age can play as long as anyone under the age of 16 is accompanied by an adult (18+). ​ Recommended Ages: 10 and Up

The Escape Warehouse offers a variety of payment methods. To reserve your game time, you will be required to book for the minimum amount of people using a credit or debit card online. Any additional players can pay separately or together with cash upon arrival if they wish to do so.

We understand, things happen. In the event you and your group need to reschedule or cancel your booking/event. Please notify us immediately at info@theescapewarehouse.com or call us at (504) 264 - 2267. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your game to receive a full refund. In the event you miss the cancellation deadline, you can simply reschedule or receive Escape Warehouse credit towards your next game.

A common misconception is that all escape games are scary. While this may be true for some games, the majority of our escapes are not intended to be scary. It will be intense and challenging but not frightening. ​ A Fear Factor rating is available for each game. See the individual games descriptions for more info - www.theescapewarehouse.com/games.

All of our games are fairly large and contain more than one room, so you will never have to worry about feeling crammed. In the event you need to leave or an unforeseen circumstance occurs, all doors to the game will open automatically. However, if you must leave the game at any time, you will forfeit your portion of the game and not be allowed to re-enter.

Some health conditions may pose considerable safety risks. If you have a pace-maker, severe heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, or have a physical disability which makes standing or possible crawling difficult we may politely ask you to not participate or be aware of such risks. Although the games may seem very realistic, they are designed to keep you safe during the experience.
